Staff enjoyed a special focus on 'resilience' today. As a small school, staff have to take on more than your average share of responsibilities. Therefore it's imperative that we manage those in a sustainable way that protects our own well-being and in turn makes us effective practitioners.
We have also been very inspired to share lots of simple strategies with our boys and girls this academic year. #TeamNTB
